John Cavanagh is a self-published author who is 29 years-old. Cavanagh has struggled with mental health his entire life, and was inspired by his own struggles to tell stories that inspire bravery, courage and kindness in young adults and children. He currently resides in Long Island, New York with his wife, Kiana, and his son, Liam.
